The Iowa list of groups serving women voters includes a single entry for the Iowa League of Women Voters. In fact, we have an entire page devoted to League Chapters within Iowa here. Most of the rest of the groups below are chapters of national organizations, and a few are pages of groups devoted to prompting grassroots activity in Iowa without working through a local chapter.

Planned Parenthood Advocates of Iowa shares with all Planned Parenthood groups the goal that every woman have access to sexual and reproductive health services, including abortion services. Their electoral efforts include supporting candidates as well as educating (and motivating) voters. They are actively fighting a state constitutional amendment to make abortion illegal if Roe V. Wade is overturned.
